looking around curiously 是動詞-ing用作狀語，表示伴隨狀態，和主句主語I為主動

Not all“并非全部”， Not all…= all…not“不是全部都…”，用于三者以上。
all, every, everybody, everything, both, always等與否定詞 not 連用時，不管not 放前還是放后，均表示部分否定，而非全部否定

2) probable語氣比possible重，是most likely 之意。
