Which:1.非限定性定語從句用which。
2．介詞加關(guān)系代詞用which。
3．一個(gè)句子有兩個(gè)定語從句時(shí)從句先行詞是物，若前一個(gè)已用that,后一個(gè)用which.
4.先行詞本身是that，用which。
That:1.先行詞為all,everything,nothing,little,much,none等不定代詞。
2．.先行詞被no,any,some,last,only,little,much,the very 等所修飾.
3.先行詞是序數(shù)詞或被其所修飾。
4．先行詞是最高級(jí)或被最高級(jí)所修飾。
5．先行詞既有人又有物。
6．先行詞是數(shù)詞。
7．一個(gè)句子有兩個(gè)定語從句時(shí)從句先行詞是物，若前一個(gè)已用which.，后一個(gè)用that。
8．在否定句和疑問句中常用 that。

A.關(guān)系詞的選擇。
1. 介詞+關(guān)系代詞要根據(jù)謂語動(dòng)詞的固定搭配
1)This is the book for which I paid 8 yuan.(pay money for sth.為固定搭配)
2)This is the book on which I spent 8 yuan.(spend money on sth為固定搭配)
2. 根據(jù)先行詞與介詞的搭配
1)This is the house in which Lu Xun lived.
2)I’ll never forget the day on which I joined the party.
3．形容詞與介詞的固定搭配。
1) We will visit the Mountain Tai,for which Shandong is famous in the world.
2) You ’better not bring your child to see the animals of which he is afraid.
4.介詞的位置一般放在關(guān)系代詞之前，有時(shí)也可放在從句中原來的位置上。e.g.
1)This is the boy (whom )he worked with.
2)This is the boy with whom he worked.
