【Text】
After I had had lunch at a village pub, I looked for my bag. I had left it on a chair beside the door and now it
wasn't there!As I was looking for it, the landlord came in.
'Did you have a good meal?" he asked.
'Yes, thank you,' I answered, 'but I can't pay the bill. I haven't got my bag.'
The landlord smiled and immediately went out. In a few minutes he returned with my bag and gave it back to
me.
'I'm very sorry,' he said. 'My dog had taken in into the garden. He often does this!'

leave除了“離去，離開，出發”的意思，還可以表示“把（人、物）留下，遺留，丟下”等。

he指店主的狗，英語國家人士常用人稱代詞he或she指自己喂養的寵物。

have的用法
1、have作為助動詞構成各種完成時和完成進行時
2、have還可以作完全動詞，當作“具有、擁有”講時，它和have got通常可以互換。have做“有, 患
病” 概念時, 可作為實義動詞, 也可作為非實義動詞。在英國英語中的疑問句和否定句中have（具有）的
用法與be 相同，即可以不用助動詞do或did；在美國英語中，常用do助動詞和have一起構成疑問句

have to== have got to
have 作“具有，擁有”講時是狀態動詞，不能用于進行時態或被動語態，通常用于一般現在時。在其
它時態中，一般用have而不用have got。
You can have these apples if you want them. I’ve got a lot more.
如果你想要這些蘋果你可以把它們拿走。我還有許多。
He must be very fond of animals to have five dogs. 他一定非常喜歡動物，才會養五條狗。
3、have作完全動詞時，還可以表示eat，drink，enjoy，take等意思，這時它是行為動詞，可以用于包
括進行時的各種時態。當have用于表示這些含義時，它必須與助動詞do等連用以構成疑問句或否定句。
