　　1. 最好在郵件里附上了個人陳述和個人簡歷。大學老師們一般工作都很繁忙，很少有時間專門為一個學生寫推薦信。而且，沒有一個老師會給自己不了解的學生寫推薦信的。如果有個人陳述和個人簡歷就不一樣了，這不僅能讓他們知道你想在推薦信里強調自己哪方面的能力，還能為他們減輕很多工作量，從而最終的結果也更能meet your expectations。

　　2. 那么這些文件是以附件形式還是正文形式發送呢？這是申請中的老問題。有一個基本的原則是：如果收件人用的是hotmail、gmail之類的郵箱，則可用附件形式發送。如果是公司、學校的郵箱則在正文部分粘貼為佳，以避免這類郵箱不支持附件。
