“Why do you want to smoke?”Many people often ask questions like this.Inrecent years,there is a general tendency to more and more children also learn tosmoke.They don't know the dangers of smoking,just think that smoking is cool,it's a trend.From the picture,we can come to a conclusion,smoking is equal tochronic suicide.
It is well known that a cigarette contains many chemical substances such astar and nicotine.Burning cigarettes can produce certain poisonoussubstances.Therefore,smoking can harm not only smokers but also non-smokersaround them.On the one hand,the hazardous chemicals will do harm to smokers’lung cells and blood circulation,which can shorten their lifespan.On the otherhand,non-smokers exposed to second-hand smoke are at high risk of many healthproblems.
To be brief,smoking is no less than chronic suicide,which destroys thehealth both smokers’ and people around them.People should try their best to giveup smoking,for their own health, for the family.

吸煙很受中國(guó)人的歡迎。如今，青少年吸煙者的數(shù)量與日俱增。有些人把吸煙當(dāng)作時(shí)尚，追逐這樣的.不良行為。盡管許多人都被教育過(guò)吸煙的危害，但是他們并沒(méi)因此而卻步。
It is known to all that cancer has been the killer and the researches foundthat smoking for a long time will be easy to get cancer. I remembered myhometown, where people smoked a lot, especially the old generation, and theyformed this bad act when they were young. Then for a time, many people died ofcancer. People started to worry and they found that these people were heavysmokers.
眾所周知，癌癥是人類頭號(hào)殺手，而且研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間吸煙很容易患上癌癥。我記得在我的家鄉(xiāng)，吸煙的人很多，特別是老一輩，他們?cè)谒麄兡贻p的時(shí)候就養(yǎng)成了這個(gè)習(xí)慣。然后有一段時(shí)間，很多人死于癌癥。人們就開(kāi)始擔(dān)心了，后面他們發(fā)現(xiàn)這些人都是重度吸煙者。
The sad thing is that many teenagers smoke at their young age, and theyfeel cool to do it. Some adults smoke to relieve their pressure. No matter whatkind of reasons, the fact is that smoking not only hurt themselves, but alsohurt other people, because we know that second hand smoke is harmful, too. Foreverybody’s health and to live a better life, smoking should be stopped.
可悲的是，許多青少年在年輕的時(shí)候就吸煙，他們還覺(jué)得很酷。一些成年人用吸煙來(lái)緩解他們的壓力。不管出于什么樣的原因，事實(shí)是，吸煙不僅傷害自己，還傷害了別人，因?yàn)槲覀兌贾蓝譄熞彩怯泻Φ摹榱嗣總�(gè)人的健康以及生活得更美好，我們應(yīng)該停止吸煙。
