When used without qualification, weather is understood to be the weather of Earth.

　　南方的冬天Winter in the South

　　Thiswinter holiday, my parents and I visit my uncle. He lives in Haikou, HainanProvince. It’s the first time I spend winter holiday and the Spring Festivalthere. It is so warm that the highest temperature gets 28°C. I don’t go out very often athome because of the cold weather. But in Haikou, I go out and have fun everyday. The weather is so comfortable. Besides, the outside is green, almost noleaves fall down. I like winter in the south.

　　這個寒假，我和爸爸媽媽去探望我的叔叔，他住在海南省海口市。這是我第一次在那里度過寒假和春節。那里很溫暖，最高溫度達到28攝氏度。在家里，因為天氣寒冷，我不經常外出。但在海口，我每天都出去玩，那里的天氣很舒適。另外，外面都是綠色，幾乎沒有葉子會掉落。我喜歡南方的冬天。

　　Thewinter morning is very cold. I don’t want to get up at all. The bed is so warmand comfortable, but the outside is too cold. Every morning, my mother pulls meup from my bed. It takes much longer to get up. But I like the breakfast inwinter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It makes me muchwarmer. Because of the cold weather, father often takes me to school, so I don’thave to ride my bike or take a bus. In one world, the winter morning is coldand I just want to stay indoor.

　　冬天的早晨很冷。我一點都不想起床。床是如此舒適和溫暖，但外面很冷。每天早上，我的媽媽把我從我的床上拽起來。起床需要很長的時間。但是我喜歡冬天早晨的早餐，因為媽媽經常把熱的食物給我。它使我暖和多了。因為寒冷的天氣，爸爸經常送我去學校，這樣我就不用騎自行車或者坐公車了。總之，冬天的早晨很冷，我只想呆在室內。
