能源基金委員會(huì)以及其為執(zhí)行與管理能源基金委員會(huì)計(jì)劃而任用之代理商、承辦商均無就以下事項(xiàng)直接或間接地作出以下保證或聲明：
能夠不間斷、及時(shí)、安全及無誤地參與及/或利用該計(jì)劃、該計(jì)劃材料、內(nèi)容、其中所載數(shù)據(jù)及/或功能之全部或部分。
各用戶及會(huì)員所獲得之信息或服務(wù)之質(zhì)素在任何方面均符合用戶及會(huì)員之預(yù)期。
責(zé)任限制：在無損上述任何條文之前提下，各用戶及會(huì)員明確表示理解及同意及其代理商、承辦商不須就下列事項(xiàng)承擔(dān)任何法律責(zé)任：(a)各用戶及會(huì)員因登記加入能源基金委員會(huì)，獲得信息或服務(wù)所引致之任何損失、成本及損害，(b)任何間接、附帶發(fā)生、特殊、作為結(jié)果發(fā)生或懲戒性損害，包括但不限于盈利損失、信譽(yù)、數(shù)據(jù)或其他無形損失等損害;即使能源基金委員會(huì)及其代理商已獲知會(huì)會(huì)員可能引致上述損害，亦不例外。
通知：給予各會(huì)員之通知可透過電子郵件或普通郵件或手機(jī)消息發(fā)出。之外，本站亦可通過在其服務(wù)程序上，展現(xiàn)給予一般會(huì)員之通告或有關(guān)鏈接，提供有關(guān)條款及條件之變動(dòng)或其他事項(xiàng)之通知。
能源基金委員會(huì)保留全力可隨時(shí)修改本文所列的條款及細(xì)則，而不作另行通知。
如有任何涉及能源基金委員會(huì)計(jì)劃之爭議，以能源基金委員會(huì)作出之決定為最終決定。
CEFC and any agents or contractors (If any) that it may use in the execution and management of any program do not warrant or represent (either directly or indirectly):
that participation in and/or access to the whole or part(s) of the program, program materials, contents, information and/or functions contained therein will be provided uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free.
that the quality of information or service provided by CEFC will meet User and Member's expectations in any way.
Limitation of Liability: Without prejudice to any provisions in the foregoing, Users and Members expressly understand and agree that CEFC and its agents shall not be liable for (a) any losses, costs and damages resulting from the User and Member's enrollment on the information or service (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses even if CEFC and its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damage(s) resulting from User and Member's participation.
Notice: Notices to Users and Members may be made via either e-mail or regular mail or mobile phone message. The website may also provide notices of changes to the Terms and Conditions or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to Users and Members generally on the service.
CEFC reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
